See a graph of how many workouts you have completed each day in a week. This lets you know how much ghosting you are doing and how much more you can do.

Beep Test Progress. Track and improve.

Track your beep test score accurately and see a chart of your scores improving. The chart will show you recent scores that you received so you can track your training progress.

Workout Composition. See which workouts you're doing.

The workouts composition section shows you what workouts you are doing. The section consists of a pie chart that tell you which types of workouts you are doing the most and which ones you are doing the least.

Overall Stats. Know what you did so far.

This section shows your overall workout stats in an organized way. This section tell you the total time you have spent ghosting, the total ghosts you have done, the total number of workouts you have completed, and your highest beep test score.
