Timed Workout. Endurance is key.

In this workout, you can choose the number of sets you want to do, how long each set will last, and the amount of rest in between sets. The goal in this workout is to do the maximum amount of ghosts in the time you choose per set.


Number Workout. Go as fast as you can.

In a number workout, you can choose the number of sets you want to do and how many ghosts you want to complete per set. You can also choose the rest in between sets. The goal in this workout is to complete the number of ghosts you chose in as less time as possible.


Beep Test. Not your ordinary beep test.

This beep test workout isn't like a normal beep test. Instead of running up and down, you would need to ghost 6 times. As you continue, the time you get per 6 ghosts slowly decreases. At the end of the workout, you will receive a score based on the number of ghosts you have completed.


Play a Pro. Play at the highest level.

In this workout, you get to choose a professional match and a professional player you would like to play as. These matches have actually been played before and the movements of the players have been recorded. The workout has 4 levels - Easy, Medium, Hard, and Pro and there is a 90 second break between each game.
